Linda was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She knows the building code and requirements like the back of her hand. I have received quotes from other companies but Linda was able to educate me about not only the windows but the process from beginning to end. She makes me feel that I can trust what I'm being told.

Everything was great, other than the mess. If would have known the mess it caused would have put covers on everything. But the guys were very nice and did a great job.

Shwinco replacement impact windows are great for storm protection, intruder protection as well as energy efficiency. Sorry about the mess. We do try to clean up as best as possible but occasionally miss somethings. Remodeling can cause dust that settles on surfaces we may have missed. Thanks for the input though, it does help us to be better.
