Darren was very informative and professional in his presentation. Not pushy at all. A very honest man who I could trust with an honest quote and honest info on window purchase and their installation. I would strongly recommend him to anyone planing on purchasing windows.

Folkers is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and we have installed over a million windows. Good companies do not need to act like cheesy sales folks.

Frustrating 18 week experience. Had a good transaction before but then needed more windows and got ignored and put off for months.

Yes there are delays due to labor and material shortages as well as COVID related issues. Your signed contract states and "estimated lead time of 16-18 weeks" with the estimation based on receipt of material, availability of labor, acts of God, etc. We have and continue to experience all of these in the last 18 months and these things are still occurring with COVID, labor and material shortages. In addition, we are very busy as are all of the manufacturers causing delays in the entire market place.

"Price in their work" - a perfect reason to use a home improvement company that only uses employees and not sub contractors. Thanks for the business and the review.

Great to hear. We pride ourselves on not only knowing professional processes related to installations, but on knowing and following local building code requirements. Many companies will either not follow code or leave it to the homeowner to pull a permit. When this happens, its a sign that the contractor is cutting a corner or installing products that do not meet the building code requirements...they do not want the responsibility of having to follow code and they can keep the price to the customer lower by selling inferior products that do not meet code. We also managed the permitting and subsequent inspection process, assisting homeowners with, what is sometimes an arduous process. Hopefully we can assist with your home improvement project.

Aaron and Shaun were the installers our my Windows. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the installation process. They were very courteous and well mannered through out the installation. They make an excellent team and were very thorough in their work.
