Awesome experience!. I needed to replace builder grad windows from when home was built in early 1990’s. I dreaded this as it was overwhelming preparing/cleaning up when windows were replaced in our previous home. While Folkers was a litter higher than others, the quality of the window was much better, and they promised that they would remove blinds/curtains, clean up after, and then rehang everything. They kept their promise!! They arrived at correct time, installed everything, and did clean up!! They also moved any furniture that was needed and replaced it in place after!! In addition, all employees were very friendly and professional! They were very patient when moving from room to room when I needed to move our cats, one of which was a new kitten we had adopted. I feel that they more than exceeded my expectations during and after installation. I will definitely consider using them when we decide to replace the exterior doors!!
