Hard working team!. Install of our high impact windows on the third floor of our house on the waterfront presented certain challenges in height and access, but Charlie and his assistant Tyler were equal to the task! The windows and sliding door up there were extremely large and heavy and the job took 3 days—the second day being a very long one. They were here at 7am on day 2 to get started, and worked until 10pm to get the job done. They worked steadily and made sure everything got done right. It was clear Charlie took pride in his work and he was a pleading to have here making the installation happen.

There was a glitch with one window being cracked, and he handled that professionally in giving me all the information about how that would be replaced.
