The quality of the workmanship from Dan and his partner was top notch and fast, wrapped up in 6 hours; the windows fit perfectly and look fantastic. Throughout the process, their professionalism was evident in their punctuality, communication, and attention to detail, we were a little concerned up front when our sales rep left the company at the beginning of our transaction, but Hilton took over and was very responsive. They offered a range from when to expect the installation and they met the mark from their range so that was pleasant even with the issues affecting supplies and labor in the area. They were courteous, respectful, and efficient in completing the installation.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost of the project. The company provided a detailed and transparent quote upfront, which helped me plan and budget effectively, we had received a number of quotes for our project from other companies and went with Folkers because it was right in the middle with the quality and affordability traits we were looking for, and they offered a reasonable warranty on top
of the manufacturer. The final cost matched the initial estimate, and the value I received for the price paid exceeded my expectations.
