I hate to give a rating of 1 because the vast majority of my experience with Folkers was excellent. The salesman was helpful and not pushy. The ordering process was simple. Communication could have been a bit more regular, but I knew the important things when I needed to. Installation was done all in one day.

The single factor that is making me review this way is that the man that did the instillation neglected to clean up broken glass inside my house. I never even knew a window had been broken so I wasn’t even looking for it. I already knew he didn’t have his shop vac as he had told me, but it was later on the day of instillation that I found a bunch of broken glass in the carpet of one of my bedrooms. I wish he had told me so I could at least be on the lookout.

Edit: I found additional issues with the install itself. Little fascia plates were cracked, but nothing structural or critical. Upon following up with Folkers to schedule my final inspection, they were very apologetic and forthright with me. They made immediate plans to address my concerns with the fascia plates and to check for any more glass (we found some in the yard too). They addressed my issue with urgency and it felt like they were really invested in solving my problem for the sake of making things right.
